Beris Soft Tongue Port Long Shank Pelham
The tongue port bar has an especially flattened shape to the port. This gives the tongue optimum room. Many horses respond to this with improved suppleness and increased chewing. This bit is also very well suited to horses that play with their tongues, trying to get their tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is thus eminently suited to horses that do not tolerate traditionally shaped bits due to the pressure on the tongue and react by head-shaking or similar.
The Pelham- a classic bit, now in our more elegant and enhanced design. When the reins are applied, the bit acts on the mouth, lower jaw, and poll. Depending on the lever length of the shanks (5 cm or 7.5 cm), a varying strength and direct bit angulation in the mouth is achievable. Potential use on horses that have difficulties coming through at the poll, "hot" horses, or on horses that need significant input in critical situations (such as jump-offs or similar). The Pelham is supplied with curb hooks.

Returns
Returns policy of 30 days.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the products you received, you have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
