Where Do I collect my Order

Your order will be packed and ready for collection at The Equine Warehouse once your order has been processed online, if in doubt you can also check your order status online to see if your order is ready for collection. If you have ordered items that are 'In Stock' on our website, all orders placed before 2pm will be available for pick up by 4pm.


Can somebody else collect my shopping for me?

Yes, if they have a copy of the confirmation email with the order number. Unfortunately without this we will not be able to release the goods.


When can I collect my Order?

If you have ordered items that are 'In Stock on our website, all orders placed before 2pm will be available for pick up by 4pm that same day.


How much does it cost?

This is a FREE service, allowing you to make sure your items are available when you call to collect them.


What happens if something I have ordered is not available?

On the rare occasion that a product you ordered showing as ‘In-stock’ is not available we will contact immediately on receipt of your online order. You can hand back any unwanted items to the member of staff at the collection point for a full refund if you are not happy with the items chosen online.
