If you wish to return or replace your purchase, we are happy to accept returns provided that the goods are unused, are not damaged, in their original packaging and within 30 days of receiving them. Goods that are received after 30-days and are found to be faulty will only be redeemed by a credit note. Goods delivered Free of Charge will be subject to a carriage charge if returned for refund.
Items that have been customised will not be accepted nor will items that have been specially ordered.
If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and we will therefore not accept them as a return.
Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment.
Items are returned at customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as the Equine Warehouse accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items. However, if any returned goods are found to be faulty, the cost of postage will be refunded in full.
Please be informed that returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
Due to Health and Safety requirements, riding hats and skullcaps are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and therefore, replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.
Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased from our online shop. If you'd like a different colour or size, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order. Returns usually take 3 - 5 days to reach our warehouse in Clonmel. We'll then process your return in 24 - 48 hours and issue a refund to your original payment method. The goods are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee is incurred by the customer.
How do I return my order ?
You can now return any parcel for as little as €3.95 using our cheap and easy 'Return My Shopping' service with An Post. To use this returns method you prepay your return on returnmyshopping.ie and just drop off your parcel to any post office. With this prepay option you can return any parcel up to 20kg. All you need do is select The Equine Warehouse from the retailer list drop down box, choose to 'drop off' at a post office, select your payment option, print it off and attach it to the item you ar returning.
